About the Role

As our plumber, you’ll handle residential plumbing jobs. You’re an expert in diagnosing, repairing, and installing everything from water supply systems to venting. You’ll collaborate with our HVAC team on projects requiring cross-discipline know-how and will have the chance to mentor apprentice plumbers, sharing your expertise to build a stronger team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plumbing Services: Perform residential plumbing services, following local, state, and federal codes.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice plumbers, building the next generation of talent.
• System Diagnosis and Installation: Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems, including water, waste, and venting.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they’re fully satisfied with each service.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside the HVAC team on projects requiring a multi-disciplinary approach, ensuring smooth project completion.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in residential plumbing.
• Diagnostic Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer Focused: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a cross-disciplinary team.
• Safety Commitment: Adherence to all safety standards and protocols.
• Reliability: Willing to undergo background checks and participate in regular drug testing.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with overtime available as needed.
• On-Call Rotation
• Supplement Pay: Performance-based pay and commissions for top earners.
