Nobody ever wants to unexpectedly replace their furnace but Hummingbird made this an actually pleasant experience. Responsive, kind, excellent communication, clean and reasonably priced. We are very thankful for their service on this very cold day.

Family had trouble with our furnace Sam was able to diagnose the issue right away and help us on our next course of action. He was super efficient and friendly and recommend him to anyone!!

We had an outstanding experience with Hummingbird! The scheduler (unfortunately, I can’t remember her name) was incredibly friendly and helpful, making it easy to set up our appointment. Jason, who came out for our furnace maintenance, exceeded all expectations. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way we could understand. Also, he was fantastic with our dog.Thank you so much!

Outstanding service! My furnace broke, and the company had a technician out within two hours. Willis did an excellent job explaining the issue and delivered top-notch service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Very pleased with everyone involved with my recent hvac & ac installation. From Jason who tried to get my old system running and explained what he was doing and testing to Brian who worked with me on quoting systems and assisted with financing to Dallis who installed both furnace and ac. Every one was very professional and friendly. And not to leave anyone out, Ashley who assisted me in completing NIMO rebate form and promptly calling me to address questions. Really appreciate the fast response and great service. 100% recommend Hummingbird.

Hummingbird came out to for an annual service on our very old furnace. They identified several safety issues and took the time to thoroughly describe the concerns as well as replacement and repair options. Their replacement costs were quite reasonable and they were able to schedule an install for the next day. Jason was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

They are amazing! Definitely recommend. Very respectful and did not disturb us at all. They came the same day we called and replaced our entire furnace for us, complete with new thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors installed. So happy we found this company!

we called hummingbird today for a service call last minute, Jason came and was very professional and calming even though it was the worst possible news especially during the holiday season. Very informative and walked through the process of getting a new unit. All around great experience with Jason and the company and they cared enough to go out and grab us space heaters.

First time caller and I requested diagnostic of leaking water under my furnace. Jason came out on our call. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and effective communicated the causes of our issues. He worked up a plan to remediate, and made sure we would be safe from CO as well as knowing the technical side of the furnace. Brian also was on the telephone consult for an action plan. They listened to what we wanted. Jason spent a lot of time with us, and he went home late. He was incredibly thorough. They were transparent about prices and labor and everything they included. Started my membership. Glad they are in the Syracuse area.

Technician Sam Gosson was great. Very knowledgeable, quick, easy going, and toke his time to assess the situation with the unworkable furnace. Sam got the furnace working in no time. Highly recommend.

Jason, the maintenance technician, was absolutely AMAZING! He answered all of my many many questions and did not make me feel stupid for asking them. We had no heat and Jason made sure to bring us a space heater before he leftJames and Chad came the next morning to install our new furnace! They were efficient and kind. Their work was perfect and I will be calling hummingbird for all of my HVAC needs!

This repair required 2 trips due to a part needing to be ordered. Sam and Jason were both prompt, polite and professional. Explained what needed to be done and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Hummingbird Heating and Cooling in Syracuse, NY were awesome. They kept me inform of what was needed to replace my boiler and did an amazing job installing it. I would gladly go through them again in the future.

Jason, from Hummingbird heating and cooling, did a fantastic job! He was willing to show me the troubleshooting steps he was going through and walked me through what the issues could have been. Luckily in the end it was a poorly wired thermostat. It was quick a quick and efficient visit. I will be using them again, for all of my heating and cooling needs. Jason was great! We just bought a new house and needed service on the furnace. It’s not his fault that there are a lot of issues. We are currently waiting an estimate to replace the 23 year old furnace.

Connor and Chris did a tremendous job for me yesterday at my home in Liverpool NY.Complete installation of heating and A/C unit.The ran into a couple of hurdles but nothing they couldn't handle. I couldn't ask for a better company than Hummingbird to do the work for me from start to finish.They found all the programs that were available to use on my behalf, including finance arrangements.Thanks Chad and VedaI will definitely refer anyone that coul use your services.

My experience with Hummingbird goes far beyond their services—it's truly about the remarkable people who represent them. This past Saturday, my mom and stepdad watched their home burn to the ground. In that devastating moment, their neighbor, who I wish I could name here, showed incredible kindness and compassion. He offered clothes to my family, brought out chairs so they could sit, and did everything he could to provide comfort during one of the hardest times imaginable.Although I only recognized him as a Hummingbird employee by the service vehicle and his Hummingbird sweatshirt he gave to my mom, his actions spoke volumes. Hummingbird clearly isn't just a service provider; they employ compassionate, caring, and genuinely kind individuals.
