I was petsitting for a friend while Hummingbird fixed her furnace and installed air conditioning. Connor took me through everything and kept me posted on their progress. They did a great job with the work, and cleaning as they went. Connor was great, incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Frank was also great, and very accommodating when I needed to use the bathroom (the furnace is kind of in the bathroom). My friend is ecstatic and I have already recommended Humminbird to family and friends. Fantastic job!

Dan Corrice arrived at my home exactly when he said he would and let me tell you, I had no idea the the service I was about to experience. Dan was professional, polite, respectful, extremely educated and just an overall joy to have perform his work. I will personally request Dan for future appointments. From speaking with the owners on my first call for service, through the end of 2 days later after having to replace both our furnace and A/C units, everyone I came in contact with at Hummingbird was very friendly, polite and respectful.Dan came initially to conduct an evaluation, and was very informative, polite and personable. He showed me, patiently answered all my questions, and explained the issues with our old units, and our options going forward. Less than 48 hours later, 2 more members (Connor and John) of Hummingbird arrived, also very polite and committed to completing thorough and extensive work in one day. All representatives of the company were well mannered, courteous and very respectful of our property. I have already recommended them to others.

We originally got a quote from Hummingbird and ended up taking a slightly cheaper route with some other HVAC guys. And boy, did we quickly learn our lesson that you get what you pay for. Hummingbird came to our rescue after our other HVAC guys did a shoddy install and couldn't get our AC to run properly. Hummingbird did us the favor of getting out here sooner than they initially thought they could, to show us that they were willing to go the extra mile to win our business. Thanks to Hummingbird we're comfortable in our house, and we know who to call for future service.

Great company! My central air went out overnight on a 90+ degree day. I called around to multiple companies around 7:30 AM the next day and they were the only ones to even pick up the phone. The tech Peter came out that same day and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. He not only did the repair but also shared some great insight as to the age of my unit (I recently purchased my home, and the age of the HVAC wasn't listed on the appraisal) and what I should be on the lookout for to ensure I continue to get performance out of my unit. I plan on going to Hummingbird for all my future HVAC needs!

Exceptionally fast service. I called and initially was scheduled for next day service but advised they if an opening became available, they could put me on the schedule for the afternoon. Received a call not long after that a technician was available and could arrive in about 15 minutes. Peter Naimo quickly diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving, had the part on the vehicle, and had my AC up and running again in less than 30 minutes. Incredibly fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. They will be my go to for maintenance and service needs in the future.

Dan has been to my house twice. The first time was to service both the furnace and A/C unit. Everything was cleaned and serviced. Due to our strange weather, I was lucky enough to find that the A/C worked perfectly (older unit) in April. The furnace is only 3 years old. Dan did notice that my UV light was no longer working and had been installed in the wrong location. He returned to install a new UV light system in the correct location and reconnected my upstairs bathroom heat vent which was not reconnected when the furnace was replaced.The UV light system he installed was considerably cheaper and should last 5 years. The old UV light (Carrier) did not make it two years. Dan has always been a pleasure to work with and is very knowledgeable. It's lovely to have a trusted company to work with. Thank you.

Hummingbird Heating & Cooling and their service technician, Daniel, did an amazing job fixing my air conditioning issues. They were fast in sending out Daniel the next day for service. Their company is extremely friendly while staying professional and courteous, making sure they explain everything in terms that you understand and all options available to you. Daniel is very knowledgeable, skilled, and enjoys what he does and it shows when he explains what the problem is, how it is remedied, and all together, in his customer service skills. They’re a great local, family owned business that I will continue to support as I highly recommend them to everyone.

Several months back, Hummingbird come out to do some maintenance work on our systems. Our previous systems were >24 yrs old, so we knew we were on borrowed time! Both AC techs that serviced us each time were extremely skilled, knowledgeable and reviewed everything with us. They definitely go above and beyond in what they service, explaining things along the way & answering all of your questions.Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, we decided to replace our AC and furnace. Both Connor and Frank came to do the install. They were professional, courteous, skilled hard-working, and definitely took the time to explain things. Hummingbird heating and air conditioning prices are very reasonable. They do not push you into buying anything extra, just what you need. Can’t recommend them strongly enough!!! Thank you!!!

I am so impressed with this company!! From speaking with Veda to schedule service, to Dan the service tech who helped us, it was a pleasant & smooth experience. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dan, one of the friendliest and most helpful techs I’ve ever had come to my house. He explained pricing and his process up front, and then walked me through every issue he found with our AC as he went along. He is so thorough in his explanations while also speaking in terms the average person can understand. I was able to ask clarifying questions without feeling dumb and I actually learned so much from him! He is the best. Our AC that had a slew of issues is now working perfectly 🙂 Highly recommend Hummingbird!!

Dan came to my home on Wednesday last week. He went over what I was looking for and mentioned a few different options. Mind you when I called the office I did not get an answer and I did not leave a message. Within 10 mins I received a call back from the office. Anyway. Dan got us financed and ordered all the parts we needed for install.Conner and Frank showed up this morning at 9:30. My appointment was for today between eight and ten. They both are very polite and hard workers. They don’t waist anytime. Installation of a brand new furnace and A/C unit are finished and they left at 7pm.Absolutely amazing service and people.

First class customer service. Prompt service call. Very competitive pricing. Will be using them from now on.

Cannot say enough about how great this company is! I had an AC unit installed and everything went smoothly. Communication was incredible and the job was completed in a timely manner. There were two minor issues that came up afterwards, once right after installation and once a few months later. Both times I was treated with so much respect and consideration. Often times a company will be great in the beginning of the process but then the customer service dies off after the initial job is completed. Not the case here! Special shout out to Veda, Chad, and Daniel who made every interaction pleasant and took the time to address any and all concerns! VERY highly recommend- all the five star reviews are not wrong!!

The entire team at Hummingbird was super fun and easy to work with. Our installer Dallis was also the guy who did our estimate. We got quotes from 3 other companies. Dallis is the only one who even bothered to ask if we were interested in a heat pump. He also explained the advantages, rebates, and finance options. We hadn't even considered a heat pump. We were just looking to replace our old furnace and add air conditioning.We are very happy with our experience and better off than we ever would have been with another company.

Hummingbird was fantastic! When my furnace broke I reached out and the owner himself called me back and asked for details and photos and had his tech Frank out by the next morning! Frank was incredible, not only did he replace my furnace quickly his level of customer service was immense. He laid out rugs to not get my carpets dirty and made sure his shoes were either off or covered if he needed to step on my carpet! When he replaced my power switch to the furnace he noticed I had an extension cord nearby running power to a surge protector so he installed a switch with a plug so I wouldn’t need the extension cord anymore! He wasn’t asked and it was to no extra charge to me. When my thermostat needed a new wire ran I was fully expecting that to be added to the cost but nope it was done free of charge! I contacted other companies in the area and Hummingbird beat out all of their prices and honestly their level of knowledge and service was the best I got from anybody. If you’re considering it go with Hummingbird you will not regret it!

My furnace failed late on Friday night. Called at 8 am Saturday and Daniel came over less than 2 hours later. My 20 year old furnace could not be saved and Daniel was able to install a brand new unit the same day. Professional workmanship and attitude was very important to my wife and I. We will definitely be calling Daniel at Hummingbird again for any future needs.

We're new to the area and just purchased a house with electric baseboard heating only (no A/C at all) and had Hummingbird install a pretty robust mini-split system. From start to finish, these guys were awesome at every step of the way. From figuring out what type of system would be best for us, to helping us secure a super low interest financing option, all the way up to completing the project - they were totally respectful of any budgetary or scheduling constraints and ready to work with us on anything and everything, always explaining things in plain English and never pushy - these guys knocked it out of the park.Besides their service, the best part of working with them is the fact that they're all locals (which, like I mentioned, we're not). Everyone from the owner, to the salesman, to the installation team was great - always willing to help, always so easy to contact and responsive any time we had a question or concern - didn't feel like we were interacting with a company, but a team of real people. For example, a few days after installation we had a very minor issue with one of the units. I texted Dan (our salesman) on a Saturday just to ask about it and without question he was at our house with the issue fixed no more than two hours later.It's been about a month and a half since we had the splits put in and its been working incredibly - zero complaints. Electric bill dropped by a ton (almost half). Can't recommend this company enough!
