**Update to my original review. I had an issue with this company and expressed it through writing a review. I was contacted in less than 24 hours by the owner who made it very clear that customer service is extremely important to this company. She apologized for the inconvenience and is sending a tech out to help get a long time furnace issue resolved. I am extremely happy with the resolution I received and think very highly of a company who will go above and beyond to make sure issues are resolved promptly.

Came within the time frame allotted and was very quick to diagnose our issue. The repairman was so friendly my husband said I’d be stayed any longer he would’ve made a new friend. We’ll be calling to schedule yearly maintenance checkups as we were very impressed with their service.

Great service! Tano was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came to look at my furnace when it died right around Christmas. He got it working until I could have my furnace replaced.
Frank and Adam replaced the furnace after the new year. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Felt save with them in my home. I would recommend then to anyone.

Had a condensate pump replacement because of a leak. Great work, great tech, Brandon and great interaction with the management. Couldn't ask for more. Wish I knew about them sooner.

Wonderful company to work with!!! I highly recommend Hummingbird Heating to anyone who needs a new furnace or air conditioner. I called another company that serviced my furnace a few times and was not able to connect when my furnace stopped working. I decided to call Hummingbird Heating and very happy I did!!
The answering service took my information and assuredly me someone would give me a call back, it was a Saturday evening. I asked if a Technician could please call me as soon as they could so they could help me as I was very upset. The furnace was blowing cool air and I knew something was wrong. A gentleman called me within 15 minutes and walked me through turning the furnace off and made me feel very comfortable, and that I would be OK all night until they came at 8 o’clock the next morning. I’m so thankful he called!! Calling me within 15 minutes showed me that they were a caring, excellent customer service company. The next day and the day of installation , they were very throughal explaining everything, very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and accommodating. Every technician was wonderful to work with. They also provided space heaters as well!!! I couldn’t believe it when they asked me if I wanted any to use. How convenient for me so I didn’t have to purchase any to stay warm.

Quick, friendly service. Heat stopped working on a cold Saturday afternoon. Within a few hours Hummingbird had a tech at our house to diagnose and resolve the issue. Tano was incredibly friendly, explained everything along the way, and we were happy to have him assist us to get the heat working! We'll definitely call again with future issues. I was having an issue with my furnace, and decided to call Hummingbird this morning. Sam was the service technician, and he was very courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about the issue I was having. He even went to the extent of showing me the exact problem that was causing my furnace to malfunction. Also, I will add......he was not supposed to show up until between 4 and 8pm, but he called just before 2pm, and said he was running early, and would it be OK for him to show up early! I would definitely recommend Hummingbird to anyone, and I will call them again if I have any other issues. Thank you Hummingbird!

I will Recommend this company. The way they handle the service for the house call was top notch. They came out the same morning as I called them and the person Brandon that came out was extremely nice and actually knows what he is doing and explained everything very clearly. The service coordinator Conner did a great job as well. I will use them again!

Hummingbird Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric came to the rescue immediately when I closed on my home one of the hottest weeks of the summer a couple of years ago. Unbeknownst to me I needed a new central air unit and furnace. There were efficient, very clean, most importantly very informative during each step of the way. I have had them back to do my semi annual tune ups regularly to maintain long lasting units, and they are always on time and always informative.

A great experience with Hummingbird, so far! I just moved into my house and wanted to make sure everything was in good working order. Mark came out and gave me a quote on replacing my water heater as I was considering a tankless. He walked me through several options and all of the pros and cons to each. Then, Sam G. came out to service my furnace. He also explained everything fully and answered every question I had about the system. Sam went above and beyond by helping me to figure out why certain vents weren't working. And, when my washing machine started leaking while he was there, he helped me move it out so we could see if there was an obvious problem. Fantastic company with wonderful technicians!

I needed service quickly for my boiler (Syracuse area)… they responded quickly and the technician, Tano, was amazing… fixed us up and made some suggestions for us as well to improve our heating system but always seemed mindful of cost. Highly recommend. Their office administrator was also very helpful and understanding!

From calling the company at 3:30 in the morning because I had no heat to having Sam the technician arrive at 8:30 am to fix my furnace, the service was outstanding. Who do you call when your elderly father's boiler furnace dies right before the temperatures drop into the single digits? The answer is HUMMINGBIRD! The original service call was scheduled for the next day, but they somehow managed to squeeze us in for the same day. Our service person was extremely knowledgable and explained all of our options. He even spotted a problem in the basement that was unrelated to the heating issue.
We opted for a new installation and Hummingbird offered a 0% financing option to make it all a little less painful. The technicians arrived a few days later and put in the new unit. They were focused, courteous, neat, and took the time to explain everything. (And I mean EVERYTHING!) Best of all...Dad has heat! It was just in time as another arctic blast with bone-numbing cold was on its way. I'm so glad that we called this company and highly recommend them for HVAC work. Thank you, Team Hummingbird!
