You are an experienced HVAC Service Technician with the ability to work from our headquarters in Clifton Park and travel to visit customers and prospects the majority of the time you are at work. Knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferred. You have the ability to learn quickly and can retain knowledge. You have a willingness and comfort level to diagnose errors and technical problems, effectively and professionally communicate solutions, and offer options. Great communication skills are key. While already operating at a high level, you understand and accept training and coaching as a source of constant growth.
You have the opportunity to abundantly exceed $1200 per week based on experience, certifications, and add-on options. Compensation potential will be explained in detail at the final interview.
Duties & Responsibilities
Inform and educate clients on the condition of their system.
Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer’s needs
Present options tailored to each client’s needs.
Inspect all HVAC systems to identify preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement opportunities.
Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance
Ability to manage time and remain organized.
Lead clients to make their best-informed decisions

Requirements
No Criminal history (no criminal convictions). Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to safely lift at least 50 pounds solo.
Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the installation of HVAC equipment.
Demonstrate willingness to invest time into training to advance position.
Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service and communication skill.
Demonstrate willingness to learn knowledge of indoor air quality
Ability to follow written and verbal directions given.
Ability to follow safety guidelines.
Ability to work for extended periods of time in tight conditions such as attics and below structure crawl spaces.
Manual dexterity required to operate a range of power and hand tools.
Must have your own reliable transportation
Valid NY Driver’s License with a clean MVR
Must have working cell phone with internet connection
